The finance guy spent too much time trying to sell extras. I told him I have purchased Toyotas based on their quality and reliability ( owner for the past 15 years) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not that reliable, take a look at the cars in the service department. I should have cancelled the sale, but one persons sales tactic does not change a good vehicle. As far as the sale of the 4Runner, price was straight forwards (with USAA car buying Program) and trade in value on my truck was on the high side of KBB. Expected 1 hour tops to close the deal since I was paying cash, but the process took three hours and I had to speak with three members of the "sales team" not a very streamline process. More
