I was a woman going alone for the first time to made a big purchase. I planned to pay cash, I had done my homework. I made my intentions clear and my expectations to not be pushed or I would leave. Overall this car buying experience for me was great. Kevin was not pushy at all. My schedule is very busy and he was understanding of that. He answered every question and if he didn't know the answer, he found out in less than 5 minutes. We narrowed down the exact car I wanted and he was able to get it from another dealership in a few hours. A true professional and a pleasure to meet. From the entrance into the dealership, we were met with an engaging salesman.
