An all-around rewarding experience We took a trip to Portland (and Gladstone) where we first met Emileigh Coen (after only several phone contacts). Both my wife and I were pleasant We took a trip to Portland (and Gladstone) where we first met Emileigh Coen (after only several phone contacts). Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by our entire experience in Gladstone. Our new Prius Prime was ready on the showroom floor, with the only extra item installed (clear plastic covering). The entire process of having Emileigh's help lasted approximately 3 hours. We have had several delivery experiences which last over 5 hours (feeling more like torture). Emileigh provided us with a great briefing about the new Prius and all of its features as well as helping us with pairing our phones and how to use the new computer screen interface. As I previously mentioned the was an all-around rewarding experience. Thanks to Emileigh and the folks at Toyota at Gladstone! More
