We had a great experience the last time that we purchased our 2017 we went straight back to Gladstone Toyota. We were not disappointed. Charles was great and patient when we lost our insurance card. He even let us use his personal computer. By coincidence, much of the same team who helped us in 2017 was on shift when we bought this car. It felt like a class reunion!
