Overall, Good Experience Aside from the "councilor" asking if I wanted the tires rotated without mentioning it would be extra, and when I asked if that was extra he said it wo Aside from the "councilor" asking if I wanted the tires rotated without mentioning it would be extra, and when I asked if that was extra he said it would be $72, which I declined then he said that will be $38, after I had told the department I was using the special they offered, which was included in the email confirming my appt., it took 30 min and done. They used to offer you a water, but not this time. Did get a free car wash - yay! If someone asks if you want something that is an extra charge, that should be said up front IMHO. More
