I was calling all the dealers in our local area and Toyota, where we met Carl was the third or fourth we got through to. We had an instant connection with Carl not only understanding our needs, but Toyota, where we met Carl was the third or fourth we got through to. We had an instant connection with Carl not only understanding our needs, but very personable and a nice gentleman. We met up with Carl that day and that’s where we also met our new Rav 4 TRD, which we had no idea we were going to like, (I was merely entertaining Carl when we originally looked at Rav 4’s). From Carl’s investigation, he’d worked out I like gadgets, we like good music and so the sneaky TRD, snuck in the back of the pack in the lot, was the chosen one. We got home as we had to get back for a call, but Carl took up to texting, (my preference of communication) and Carl sent a link to get the online application going. We filled it out the next morning, got around the challenges of sorting insurance and then drive our car out of the showroom. Best Experience Buying A Car Eric was our salesperson and he was great! He listened to what we wanted in our new car and delivered everything we wanted. Manuel sat by us the entire 5 hours it took to get all the paperwork processed and kept us entertained, made sure we weren’t starving, and was so patient with us. My co-signer was across the country but they made sure everything went smooth and overnighted the paperwork for us! Also special shoutout to Brian Dowd the Finance manager who went above and beyond to educate us on the car itself and how to make it last longer and car insurance options. This is the type of dealership that you want to come visit first for a great experience. I went in there to get a new rig and Jonathan Castino helped me out finding that right one for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person from there to make my experience great! Jonathan listens to you from start to finish about what your wants are and what you don’t need for a vehicle. He is a relaxed, chilled, and understanding guy that doesn’t push you into something that you hate. He will go out of his way and try everything he can do to get what you want. What really impressed me is that the car I wanted wasn’t on their lot, but in Seattle. So Jonathan and of course with some help from other associates, they brought that car down to me the next day and it was mine!! I mean come on!!! I’m 42, this is my second time dealing with a car dealership,(first one was good too) and these guys do this for me!?!? I strongly recommend this place and get Jonathan on your team as well!! More
