Easy, pleasant, professional - well beyond expectations I had some anxiety about the new car buying process. Horror stories of being upsold, pressured, and generally put through the wringer. This experience was the complete opposite of that. Everyone I interacted with at the dealer was pleasant and professional. Due to current circumstances, everyone had masks. I felt safe and comfortable. I already knew exactly the truck I wanted, but had been unable to get my local dealer (and several others I tried) to locate the right one. I contacted Gladstone Toyota in the morning and to my surprise received a phone call around 8pm while out on a bike ride. It was Eric, telling me he had found my truck and secured it for me. To do what others have not been able to do, in less than a day, and after work hours, is above and beyond. Once the truck arrived, the buying process was painless. I am somewhat meticulous, and Erik and Tasney answered my many questions patiently and thoughtfully. My decisions and thought process were respected. The process felt fair. The dealership also took care of dropping off my rental car for me and let us use their printer for an unrelated errand. I feel like a bot posting such a glowing review, but its the truth.. and I have a sweet truck in my driveway to prove it :) More
