I’m am only rate Toyota of Gladstone 5 stars because “JP” went above and beyond. He was a wonderful sales rep for me. Was very honest and upfront that he was there to get me what I wanted and was honest abou went above and beyond. He was a wonderful sales rep for me. On the other hand, Bryan from Finance was the complete opposite.. beginning with getting me to sign of for extended warranty’s buy only showing me payment price vs actual cost of the said warranty. I feel like he took advantage of me being a 22 year old buyer. He also neglected to send my financing through the credit union of my choice and instead financed me through Toyota instead. I am extremely unhappy with my financing experience and if it weren’t for my wonderful credit union helping me correct all of his mistakes, I would have just undone my loan and returned the vehicle I bought.
