Bought a Certified USed RAV4 here. We had a great experience due entirely to the staff. Common sense Covid measures inside the offices were appreciated. Marco really went above and beyond, going over the already detailed car one last time and making sure everything was as close to factory as you can in a used vehicle. Aaron was a great and knowledgeable sales guy. It was like buying a car from my cousin. He considered the financing we walked in with and provided us with a much better option. Dolf got us through the financing portion of the day as painlessly as possible, which is quite a feat. More

Carl Chestnut was quite helpful to me in the purchase of my car. However, the whole process started out poorly from a customer service POV. This was before I got passed to Carl. Day one, I had spoken to Jen my car. However, the whole process started out poorly from a customer service POV. This was before I got passed to Carl. Day one, I had spoken to Jenna and arranged to see and test drive the car. When I got there (1/2 hr drive) I was told the car was in the shop and I couldn't see it until the next day. Came back the next day, test drove it, but the rear hatch had not yet been fixed. So I would have to come back the next week so they could fix that. They did give me a loaner (I would hope so) and they finished the car in one day. The hatch is working fine now. However, I should not have had to keep going back there 4 times. The car should have been ready once it was advertised or I should have been advised that it would not be available the first time I went there and the hatch should also have been fixed prior to selling it.My first contact was Jenna so... Carl was actually a great help since I had a rental at the time that I had to return to Beaverton. Carl drove the new car to Beaverton to meet me where I dropped off my rental. He then gave me the keys to the new car and he took an Uber back to Gladstone. I really appreciated that. More
