I was forced to purchase a car after my car was totaled in a rear-end collision. Not only was I traumatized by being hit, and losing my paid for car, but I was very stressed out about the car buying proce in a rear-end collision. Not only was I traumatized by being hit, and losing my paid for car, but I was very stressed out about the car buying process. Eric was very patient with me and he made me laugh. His sense of humor and knowledge about the car I wanted was wonderful. He has offered to help me with questions on the many features of the car as I am not tech savvy, and the manuals are difficult to understand. I will follow up with his offer so he can educate me.
