Manuel was AMAZING. He helped us promptly, wasn’t pushy and was very kind. We test drove multiple rav4s and highlanders and he never made us feel bad! Multiple times he’d check and see if my mom and I were doing well and if we needed water. My mom is a diabetic and car shopping can take forever - so the fact they had snacks they offered was great.
