We had been driving inherited cars for about 26 years--1995 Toyota Camry from Brad's brother and a Mercury Topaz that had been my Mom's car--both totaled in 2020 but by no fault of mine--speeding driver and fire in second car. Carl was a real blessing in finding the car best for us. Low mileage, super cared for by two previous owners. Carl is our new best friend! More

Yes, I got my oil changed on a coupon which apparently doesn't include tire rotations. I have purchased two cars from you since 2018. You know it takes all of maybe 5 minutes of labor to rotate tires and doesn't include tire rotations. I have purchased two cars from you since 2018. You know it takes all of maybe 5 minutes of labor to rotate tires and had you just done it and told me you had thrown it in, it would have engendered incredible loyalty. Its the little things that give your customers like me an exceptional experience. Your dealership experience is no different than Portland or Beaverton. After being disappointed with two different sales reps from two other dealerships, Jonathan was a relief. He was the reason I stayed and considered the 4Runner. Rudy was also fantastic to work with, he was very thorough and explained everything. He didn't pressure to upscale and gave honest feedback. He made the financing process fun.
