This was my first time buying a car without a co-signer or help from anyone. I was a little nervous and had very low expectations for my car buying experience. Carl told me not to get discouraged and that maybe his manger would be able to get the car within my budget. Sure enough, he did! Every person I came in contact with from Carl, to the gentleman who ran my credit and made me an offer, to David in finance, were all incredible. Not a single one of them was pushy or scummy. They made the experience feel personal and I felt as though they wanted me in a safe and reliable car as much as I did. The experience from start to finish was so much easier than anticipated.
