Excellent communicator and very motivated. Always answered my calls and had a response. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my purchased. My bank screwed up and wouldn’t release the funds for me to buy my car. Toyota of Gladstone let me have the car anyway, with no down payment, with the agreement I’d pay them ASAP. I was able to bring them a to buy my car. Toyota of Gladstone let me have the car anyway, with no down payment, with the agreement I’d pay them ASAP. I was able to bring them a check the following day. The flexibility on the part of Toyota of Gladstone certainly made things more convenient for me! More
