My only (small) complaint was that the plug-in hybrids are so in-demand that you have to play a game where you drive to the dealership without a guarantee that the car won’t be sold while you’re in route. I get that some people flake, but it adds some stress and pressure to the experience. (I think this might be standard practice for such scarce models across dealerships though) More
