Cassie and Jesse were awesome and very helpful while shopping for a new 4Runner. The finance manager was rude and pushy. He tried to add extra things to the agreed price and played the stereotypical dea shopping for a new 4Runner. The finance manager was rude and pushy. He tried to add extra things to the agreed price and played the stereotypical dealer game of changing the loan length to fit in extra costs at the same monthly payment. He kept saying how he was doing me a favor when checking with multiple banks for better rates when that is exactly what I was told they would do by the sales team. I was already pre approved so I knew the rates local banks were offering. He then wouldn’t let me see the final payment calculations for more then a few seconds and got short with me when I wanted to view all of the final numbers before signing. More

I hate car shopping. Manny changed that hate to a dislike. I liked that manny was not pushy, or trying to be too persuasive. He was mistaken about the car they had vs the car I bought but was honest about being mistaken. The car I wanted ended up being too expensive anyway. But I appreciated his honesty. Very chill dude. I was frustrated with bargaining for the price of the Prius I was trading in. Manny staid calm and patient. Manny was a very good middle man between me and the sales manager. If it hadn’t been for manny I probably would have walked out. I came in looking for Jesse Farley but he was off that day. After working with manny I think I would go back to him again. You should give manny a raise! I wish every car salesman was like that. More
