Tarrell was lovely to work with, personable and able to answer all of our questions. He was able to show me different models of cars in my budget and with the qualifications I was looking for. My only comp answer all of our questions. He was able to show me different models of cars in my budget and with the qualifications I was looking for. My only complaint was that the process took quite some time on the finance end once the sale had been confirmed. Perhaps giving more frequent updates about what is needed or what was being waited on could have alleviated the wait time. Overall, would recommend Toyota of Gladstone and definitely Tarrell!!! More
