Kassandra did a great job stepping in when the original individual I was working with was unavailable. On my first visit, I did feel as though I was being pushed to buy a vehicle that I did not want and t individual I was working with was unavailable. On my first visit, I did feel as though I was being pushed to buy a vehicle that I did not want and there was a number of attempts trying to convince me that I should buy the vehicle on the lot and not get what I was hoping for which felt strange., Once I expressed my wishes, then things changed and a lot of hoops were jumped through to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. The communication and follow-thru associated with the vehicle was exceptional. I was kept up to date on its arrival and as communicated with about my original salesperson not able to be available the date the vehicle arrived which was wonderful. More
