Called looking for crv hybrid, was told they were only taking people with trade ins or lease. Long story short customer service was so terrible and attitudes from her and Sami the desk manager were so arr taking people with trade ins or lease. One gas from swickard across the street and a hybrid from Tonkin since they had an allocation! Avoid Sami and Liz and all of gladstone Toyota. This dealer xxxx helps sell more Hondas than Toyotas!
