Been waiting since my 12:30 appointment time for a simple 15,000 mile service. It is now 2 hours and 10 minutes later and still not ready. I had a great experience at the dealership. Cassidy was open and honest about options, and wasn't pushy at all. I like that they responded to my inquiry through a car site and actually reached out to me... Eric was not pushy at all and had a sense of humor 🤣... When I asked for a picture of the engine he went and took a picture and got it right back to me... One thing is, I didnt get the price down a dollar... Wish I had, as I guess Im the only female he has seen in his 20 years selling cars actually get on the ground and look under it, but I missed something (so much to look for/at)... The strut boots are torn, 300 bucks for me to fix them myself and than I have to get an alignment, which they literally just did... Hoping everything else is good... But overall it was a good experience and if you need a laugh ask for Eric... Update: I didnt even have the van for 24hrs and it died on the highway. Eric was very sympathetic and got the problem dealt with for me. The free towing wasnt in effect yet, so the dealership covered the tow back to them and repaired the van for me... I was very appreciative of that. Thank you again. Also as I was going back through the paperwork, I notice that the theft program David in the finance department said that it was included in the price like the maintence for the year and that we couldnt uncheck the box because all their cars are sold with it... I dont think that is true, its added to the asking price and the actual paperwork said its optional. So plan on paying 399.00 over the asking price... Other than that Eric was a pleasure to work with and the dealership was too... Just watch David in finance (either way he lied cause it was added to the asking price not included in it)... More
