Octavio and John were exceptional people. Stayed with us through the whole hours of waiting. Your finance process below zero. Had to wait over 4hrs. No trade, did not negotiate on the price however sat in the very cold area and according to the finance person he stated the documents only got to him 20 minutes ago. Not true. Wasn't a very happy person when I drove out my very FIRST NEW CAR. Octavio and John tried to make it a happy one. Thanks to those two people only, I would come back again and recommend. More
