Still waiting for refund I purchased an extended warranty from Toyota of Gastonia for my 2011 F-150 which I purchased in 2013. In July of 2015 I sold the vehicle and filled ou I purchased an extended warranty from Toyota of Gastonia for my 2011 F-150 which I purchased in 2013. In July of 2015 I sold the vehicle and filled out the forms for a refund of the unused portion of the warranty. As of November 23, 2015 I am still waiting for my refund. More

When I came I was looking at a pre-owned car and was told that I would be better off getting a brand new car which comes with better rebates and etc and also they gave me top dollar for my trade in compared to other dealerships. These guys are very good and knowledgeable in what they do and they will not put you in a situation that you are not comfortable with. They got me a wonderful interest rate compared to my trade in which was ridiculous but they were able to get me out of that deal and into something greater that will be benefit me and my credit score in the long run. So with that being said Love you guys and thank you so much for all you did for me. I am loving my new 2016 Mazada 3 aka Lola (lol). Once again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. More

Good Sales Rep, dealer advertising on Ebay is deceptive Found a car on Ebay with pricing. I contacted the dealer and discussed the car features and confirmed they would honor the advertised pricing and al Found a car on Ebay with pricing. About 1 week later once I made an appointment to go see the car in person (4 hour drive) and asked for confirmation paperwork for the "out the door" price. The price went up by several hundred dollars due to dealer documentation fees...... I was quite disappointed that the price on Ebay was not the price. I expected to pay sales tax and tag fees but hundred of dollars in dealer prep fees was not an accurate reflection of the pricing shown on Ebay. I would expect the Ebay advertisement price to say"additional fees will apply" or some other type notification. I think the sales person was caught off guard in this entire transaction. He did his best to recover from a bad position that he was put into by poor\sloppy advertising (or possibly deceptive) advertising practices of his employer. More
