bad start turned into something wonderful.. I show up at 9am on Thursday morning as discussed ask for my salesman, but he wasnt there.. A lady (who will come into the story later) said that she was going to a meeting and she would go find him, 10-15 minutes later Im STILL sitting there getting ready to walk out and never ever go there again, and the lady who I find out her name is Anastasia comes back, and apparently the FIRST salesman scheduled me for an appointment at 9am on his day to come in late. Needless to say MAJOR turnoff , UNTIL Anastasia (the lady from the beginning of the story) asked me if she could help me, and when I told her I just wanted to test drive a car, she didnt hesitate to go grab the keys and get the car right then..She is the nicest, most sincere person Ive ever met at a car dealership. We did our test drive, and I fell in love with the car, so we scheduled an appointment for Saturday 4/18 so my parents could check out the car and test drive it as well, they also were very impressed with how nice and professional and kind she was and if I ever need another car, I will go back to this dealership as long as she is there. More

2nd time @ Toyota My 2nd visit was more pleasurable than my first time buying @ Toyota of Gastonia. It was a joy to work with Robert Jackson again. A nice change I spent a couple of days going to other dealerships on my own, getting beat up by salesmen who kept leaving me waiting at their desk. " I later learned there is a reason for that, you should look it up online". Anyway, I was having a terrible experience and all I wanted to do was feel like I was getting a REASONABLE deal on a new car. Didn't want to beat the dealer up, didn't want him to beat me up. I finally read online about a site that let me type in what I was looking for, pick several of the local dealers, and then let them come to me with their lowest price, no haggling necessary. Toyota of Gastonia was the first to respond, very politely I might add, and then promptly sent me an email with a far better deal than I was getting out on my own! I waited for more emails from the other dealers (only one more bothered to reply), and then went to Gastonia the next day and signed up for my car in a matter of 15 minutes. It was perfect!! Best experience buying a car ever My wife and I came in to trade in our van for a Tacoma. We ended up trading in both vehicles. Ashraf Ashour or "Ash" as he goes by is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased 7 brand new vehicles and 2 used vehicles in my lifetime. I hate even calling him a car salesman because of the stereo-type that puts him in. The other managers Christopher Kosa, Brian Warren and Dan Bias that we dealt with along the way were great too. They fulfilled every promise and I truly felt like they were honest people. I love the price we got for both vehicles. Anytime I go to buy another vehicle or find someone that is going to purchase a car I will definitely be sending them to Toyota of Gastonia. Thanks Everyone More

5 Stars Sales: Rick Shepard + wholeheartedly recommend I traded in my car and purchased a new 2015 Toyota Camry SE today from Toyota of Gastonia. Before that I went to Toyota of Rock Hill, South Carolina b I traded in my car and purchased a new 2015 Toyota Camry SE today from Toyota of Gastonia. Before that I went to Toyota of Rock Hill, South Carolina but they did not keep their words when I came back to close the deal that we verbally discussed. Toyota of Rock Hill just tried to give me good deal on MSRP price but later added optional packaged to raise the OTD up. Mr. Rick Shepard from Toyota of Gastonia was an awesome and rock start Sales Consultant. He always communicated with me via emails and phone calls. He gave me a good deal that I earlier offer to Toyota of Rock Hill. He stayed late and helped me to remove the decal without upset.Mr. Shepard carefully explained the options and features of cars then he assisted to link my iPhone to the blue tooth of the car. Words can't explain the exceptional service that Mr. Shepard went beyond and above my expectation and a new customer at Toyota of Gastonia. They offer three years free of maintenance schedule and life time warranty power strain but only two years and 36K miles at Toyota of Rock Hill. Mr, Sheapard, thank you so much for providing me a great buying experience.. I would recommend Mr. Rick Shepard and Toyota of Gastonia in heart beat. Lie and possible defrauded of 1695.00 in warranty contract I purchased a service contract through this dealership on 11/13/2014-in cancelling it on 02/05/2015-to find out the dealership had already cancelled i I purchased a service contract through this dealership on 11/13/2014-in cancelling it on 02/05/2015-to find out the dealership had already cancelled it the same day as purchased replacing it with their own contract p00000184282 which they own and may cancel at their convenience. I have no knowledge paperwork or possession. I contacted the dealership today where Chris Kosa avoided any responsibility or answers. He refused to call the warranty company and there is no telling if others are affected in same manner. Customer that maybe affected by this will not be known until they attempt to use their voided warranty years later.-The dealership response was have your lawyers call ours.....Toyota Finance is attempting to recoup these lost funds. More

He was nothing like the high pressure salesman with which we dread dealing. He worked well with us to give us a price with which we were comfortable paying and offered the extended warranty without pressing us for an agreement. We did decided to purchase the extended warranty and found the representative that worked with us just as exceptional as Antonio. I have nothing but praise for this dealership during the purchase process. More
