We had employee to customer conversations and I felt like I just made a new friend. Tracy stayed in contact with me during the process until I could get what I needed to drive the bike home. I could have not asked for a better experience with a subject that showed he cared for the customer. Tracy never pressured me or my wife at the dealership and he was very professional.
