Be sure you have all your added on options that are listed on your window sticker that you are charged for because if you leave without them, good luck in getting them. They knew that we didn't have those items and were suppose to send them to us because we live about an hour away. They sent partial items so I had to take off work and go get them myself at the dealership. More

Salesmen are courteous, knowledgeable, easy to talk with. Honestly, I do not think that I always got the best deal, but I am not much of a dealer when it come to car purchases. So I am happy with the deals I did get. Have had all maintenance work done here...this experience has also bee very positive. This maybe one of the reasons I tend to revisit this dealership. Do not know if I will ever buy another car ( 74 years old ). If I do , I will certainly head back to Toyota of Gastonia. Wife and I love Toyota cars! More
