I has purchased a new Rav 4 in 2021 at Toyota of Gastonia and was totally satisfied with Rick Shepherd and Toyota of Gastonia that I came back in October of 2022 when I needed a used car for my daughter at c and was totally satisfied with Rick Shepherd and Toyota of Gastonia that I came back in October of 2022 when I needed a used car for my daughter at college. Rick was very professsional, kind, answered all my calls and emails quickly. He sent me videos of the car and resolved a minor issue I had after I picked up the car. I felt like they treated me honestly. That's all I really care about. Then the Toyota sells itself, as long as the dealership is honest. Thanks Rick and Sales management!
