Well, I'm pleased to say that at Ron Hibbard Toyota I found all of these challenges dismissed. I worked with Allen Kalisch, and he made all of these issues non-issues. The negotiation process was fair, and Allen was willing to try his best to meet my expectations. There's a lot of paperwork involved in buying a new car; however, Allen was well organized and just kept the papers coming. I felt like I was at a book signing. Finally, the most intimidating factor of buying a new car is the array of new technology. It's great but you need some tutoring at first, and Allen spent over an hour carefully explain the tech functions and loading some of the features.
