While Chris Clouse was having my trade-in appraised, Ron Hibbard met with me for about 30 minutes to listen to my needs as a buyer. I had wanted a Lexus for a long time but had never really searched for one until that day. They came back with a wonderful offer. We had a little hiccup but Chris Clouse and Gary Nichols jumped thru hoops to make me happy. The closing was flawless with Michael Christian's help. I love my new Lexus. I got it at a great price and it is beautiful. I also got an extended warranty on it at a great price. I highly recommend the entire team at Ron Hibbard. More
Incredible Service I thought that I had done all my homework when looking for a Tacoma to replace my VW Jetta. That was until I spent over an hour, at closing time, in t I thought that I had done all my homework when looking for a Tacoma to replace my VW Jetta. That was until I spent over an hour, at closing time, in the rain with Allen Kalisch going through all the Tacoma's they had on the lot with him describing all the nuances between the different trim levels. I learned more in that time with Allen than I had in months of casual research. A couple weeks later Allen found the perfect truck for my my wife and me. I can't thanks the guys at Ron Hibbard enough for all the help and service. More
Buying the car was fine, afterwards not so much. I decided to purchase my 2016 Tacoma from Ron Hibbard Toyota when I searched the internet and found the exact one I was looking for. My salesman Jaso I decided to purchase my 2016 Tacoma from Ron Hibbard Toyota when I searched the internet and found the exact one I was looking for. My salesman Jason called me pretty quick after my inquiry and had the vehicle ready when I arrived to check it out. It was a better experience at this point then I had at a previous Toyota dealer who didn't call when he stated he would. Test drove the vehicle and Jason had a lot of good information about the Tacoma. I decided to lease the vehicle. There was some back and forth which I expected from a buying standpoint and had no problem with it. We decided upon the terms and I accepted the deal. My trade in offer from Ron Hibbard Toyota was a bit lower than I already had an offer from another dealer so I decided not to trade it in on this deal (which was too be expected it was a different make of vehicle than Toyota). I paid half my down payment and signed the paper work with "Z", no problem. The truck was kept overnight so I could drive my other vehicle home. I came back the next day paid the rest of my down payment and drove the truck home. When I got home I noticed there were no manuals in the vehicle. I called Jason and he stated he would would mail them to me. I waited a week and no manuals. Jason contacted me about a week later asking for copies of my check stubs. I quickly got him the pay stubs. I again asked if he sent the manuals, he stated yes. A week later I sent him another message asking about the manuals. He stated he would check on it for me. No response. Ten days later my temporary tag was set to expire so I called the dealer to ask about my license plate. The customer service rep who helped, whose name I don't remember, said they would over night another temp tag. They transferred me to Jason and he got my address confirmed and I asked him about the manuals to which he replied he would send them. Well now it has been 15 days since that conversation and still no manuals and no word from Jason. The process of the deal and financing was not bad at all. The reason I would not return is I provided everything the dealer asked in a timely manner and a small thing like manuals was never dealt with. I just don't have the trust the dealership would handle a situation I had in the future like a warranty issue if they didn't really care to address this small issue. I don't feel I was asking anything out of the ordinary to get the manuals that should of been in the truck to begin with. The followup and customer service after the sale has been terrible. My first months bill sure came on time but still no manuals. More

Great!!!!! I drove by at 8:30 pm just to look at a van I might be interested in. Not expecting a saleman to still be at dealership.
