Just bought our second Prius from Lydia Atmore We purchased a new Prius C from Lydia Atmore (Ron Hibbard) in 2013. Unfortunately we were just in an accident and it was totaled. Our first thought We purchased a new Prius C from Lydia Atmore (Ron Hibbard) in 2013. Unfortunately we were just in an accident and it was totaled. Our first thought was to just go to Ron Hibbard and purchase an exact replacement. But we decided to do some research on other models. We also found five dealers within an hours drive. We had not decided whether to buy another Prius C or a Prius Two, but we have just retired and so cost was an important concern. We test drove both the Prius Two and Prius C and decided on the Prius Two. It was about the same price but larger and better equipped. We really dislike the whole 'haggling' process, so we told Lydia and the other dealer to give us their best out the door price. It turned out that the other dealer had the lowest price by $500. However, we not only purchased our last car from Hibbard, and we have serviced our other cars there for over 10 years (Carl Anderson is a gem). So we purchased our new Prius Two from Lydia! So far we are very happy (if a bit intimidated by all of the screens) with our purchase and look forward to many years with Lydia and Carl. More

Great without the gas Carlos was very pleasant to work with and got me into the truck that I wanted. It was cold that day and my wife stayed in the car with my son. Carlos would go back and forth to let my wife know what was going on and to let her sign papers. My only complaint is that they didnt fill the truck up with gas. Left me with about 1/4 of a tank. Buying Experience I was looking to purchase a new auto and i new what i wanted and the color. i started with the Internet manager, Chris Clouse, and talked to him and I was looking to purchase a new auto and i new what i wanted and the color. i started with the Internet manager, Chris Clouse, and talked to him and took a test drive with him. After that he introduced me to the General Manager, Randy Hibbard, who was very knowledgeable of the process and easy to work with. After that i was introduced to a sales person, Lydia Atmore, who carried me through the rest of the process. She was one of the most caring car salesperson i have ever dealt with. She introduced me to every phase of using the equipment that was present on this vehicle. I know now i bought a car and have people at this dealership that care about you after the sale. I will buy another auto form Ron Hibbard and would work request Lydia to be my sales person. Great experience! More
