Went back the next morning and purchased another vehicle. They didn't have what we wanted on their lot. Found one and had it there that afternoon. We purchased it and are so happy. When we walked in to this dealership we were greeted by a salesperson who put us immediately in touch with the Used Car Department. The person we had talked with was off that day so they put us in touch with Wayne Hobdy. Ron Hibbard himself came over and greeted us while we were waiting on Wayne. Wayne was easy to deal with, had a good understanding of the Forerunner we were looking at and test drove with us explaining things about the car we were not aware of. We felt that the price we agreed on was very fair with a minimumsl amount of haggling that most used car salespersons are known for. Wayne went over every feature of the Forerunner before we drove it off the lot. Steve Barrios helped navigate the financial part of the deal in a timely manner and was great to deal with as well. This was an excellent experience and the attention to the customer and the car was unmatched in any other dealership we have dealt with We would definitely buy from this dealership again, an in particular Wayne Hobdy. Awesome Service and Staff Left the lights on on my Prius and the battery died. Called the Service Department and spoke with Carl to ask how to jump off a Prius. Luckily I work just across the street and when I couldn't get the car jumped, Carl came over and showed me what I was doing wrong and got the car started. My two favorite people to work with at Hibbard are Carl in the Service Department and Lydia for sales. You don't just buy a car from them you join a family and they are always looking out after you.
