He took time to ask us what our needs were and show us several different vehicles in detail that would fit our lifestyle. He was thorough and made our entire looking and buying experience very pleasant! We feel very blessed to have met him, and we are extremely happy with our new RAV4! We had held off buying a new car for a long time and it came down to two brands we thoughtfully 'researched'; both of equal reliability, reputation and longevity. The great online customer reviews lead us to this Toyota dealership. I historically have not enjoyed car buying experiences, from the moment of being chased down getting out of the car to the overblown routine of agreeing on a price. The last car we purchased we settled on using one of the national no-haggle used car chains and had an okay experience, but this time we were looking to eliminate some of the doubt we've had about the true history of the used car we bought and so we decided to buy new and give traditional car buying another go. Everything about our experience with Barry at Ron Hibbard was different than what I was dreading it would be. We had a budget and a couple of must haves in a car for us, and instead of the traditional 'talking over you' up-sale sales pitch, he listened, discussed the models and options available, and at no time pressured us for things we had expressed zero interest in. He did a great job of giving us detailed information and highlighting the features, or related features, of the things we were interested in. We greatly appreciated this responsiveness, kindness, and knowledge. And as luck would have it, they had a car that checked all the boxes for us on the lot for us to test drive. Our decision to go with Toyota over the other brand came down to the reputation of this dealership. A comparable dealership experience (based on reviews) for the other brand was two hours outside of Nashville, as opposed to this one being close by. The price negotiation was straight-forward, fair, and involved no, "I doubt they'll even consider it, but I'll ask my manager", type back and forth. It was a respectful conversation that took very little time. And then it was more of the same with Davey in Finance; friendly, kind, courteous of our time, knowledgeable and there was no up-selling pressure. Lastly, Barry spent a considerable amount of time getting us set-up with, and showing us, the technology in the car, so that when we drove off we were set to start enjoying the car immediately instead of spending hours in the driveway at home with the manual guessing at which features to set-up first and how. I highly recommend Barry and Hibbard Toyota. We had a great experience. More

Extremely Pleased with the Salesman We came to Ron Hibbard Toyota on Saturday 6/23/18 and was instantly greeted. We were shown trucks by a professional who not only helped us but relaxed us immediately. We walked out with a truck on Saturday when we were only looking. We had just left Miracle Ford before coming to Ron Hibbard Toyota and was pleasantly pleased at the difference. We were not greeted instantly at Miracle Ford and the Sales person seemed impatient and irritated. Wayne Hobby not only greeted us immediately upon exiting our vehicle but treated us like we were important and our opinion and needs were his first priority. I couldn’t recommend a better place to shop as even those not working with us offered us a beverage upon entering the wonderfully cool building on a smothering hot day. Thanks for a great Truck and wonderful service! We couldn’t have asked for better service, thanks again Wayne Hobdy!!!! More

Service Customers treated like Family! We had a rare issue with a leak in one of the doors. This leak caused the carpet to get soaked and mold set in. Jeff, Lauren and Jordan took care of us like we were family. They kept us updated as the techs worked to find the source of the leak and contacted Toyota Corporate and ServPro to get all of the issues due to the leak resolved. I will always take my vehicles to a place that exceeds great customer service and these guys do every time. More
