A Wake-up Call Several days ago I woke up and decided that my days of high fuel costs and even higher maintenance issues were over. So I said good bye to my aging c Several days ago I woke up and decided that my days of high fuel costs and even higher maintenance issues were over. So I said good bye to my aging car and sold it. Reliability, economy, and style were on my mind. With this being said, I headed over to Ron Hibbard Toyota. Immediately upon entering the Dealership, I was greeted by the smiling face of salesperson Lydia Atmore. After a cordial welcome, Lydia invited us to her office. A cozy little spot that made us feel comfortable indeed. We discussed our needs with Lydia and she suggested a RAV 4 Hybrid. It sounded good. That's when that little smile on Lydia's face turned into a concerned business posture. Don't let that friendly smile fool you! This lady really knows her stuff when it comes to technology and automobiles. The good news is that we were always reassured that Lydia had our best interests in mind during our experience. We had plenty of questions and Lydia took the time to answer each one of them. Well, I had to use the rest room. On the way, I passed Mr. Hibbards office. I poked my head in and I had a delightful chat with the owner of the Dealership. What a nice person! And he wasn't wearing an Armani suit with all the falsehoods. He made me feel like a down-home friend! Well, Lydia made us a very reasonable offer on the RAV 4 Hybrid and we bought it. Darn! I sure like that sunroof. Thank you Lydia and Mr. Hibbard. Ken C More

I most honest have to say that my experience at Ron Hibbard I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, new and used, at different dealerships. I most honest have to say that my experience at Ron Hibbard Toyota was the most rewarding. My sales 'professional', Lydia Atmore, was by far the best. She was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking to purchase, the 2018 RAV4 XLE. She was patient in allowing me to test drive the vehicle in many different scenarios and showed me how to use the many new options, such as the keyless entry, power tailgate, Bluetooth and several safety features. She also set up (as she showed me how) some telephone numbers from my phone into the vehicle's Bluetooth system. Lydia also went as far as to help my husband move things from the vehicle I traded into my new RAV4 while I finished the paperwork. Again, my best experience ever, and I will be back. More

Wayne was very patient Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do, but my experience working with Wayne Hobdy this weekend was an exception. Wayne was very patient and helpful as I assessed the idea of purchasing a new, leased or used Tacoma. In the end, I went with what I felt like was the best vehicle for me for the best price and am very pleased with my new Tacoma! I never felt overly pressured or annoyed (which is what usually happens to me). The entire staff was also helpful in helping me to assess the bed size, kayak hauling options, etc. I will definitely recommend Ron Hibbard Toyota to my friends and family. More
