Great car buying experience My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. We both hate spending an excessive amount of time in the dealership. She visited Ron Hibbard Toyota and viewed the car she wanted. We did an online purchase as I was travelling and away from the house. Our salesman, Jason Hargrove, did such a wonderful job. He had all the paperwork completed and ready for my signature. My wife was able to pickup the paperwork so I could sign it as I didn't have time to go to the dealership. She returned the paperwork and drove off in her new car. Such a wonderful buying experience and a very professional staff, from Jason in sales to David, the finance manager. We will definitely return to Ron Hibbard Toyota for our maintanence needs and our next Toyota purchase. More

The ONLY thing I would mention was that the floorboards in the vehicle were covered with plastic so I didn't notice that there was a noticeable wear mark that I couldn't see through the plastic, but I will address that with them when I go in for some of the fixes that they are scheduled to do. otherwise very nice experience. Their job is to sell cars, so I don't begrudge them for trying to sell me something I wasn't looking for and I LOVE the new 4Runner. More

Understanding, Concerned Plus Quality Service After the recent death of my Sister-in-Law we had to deal with her car which had been sitting idle in the garage for two years. We visited Hibbard Toyota, where the car was purchased, and met Carl Anderson, Service Advisor. Carl listened to our dilemma which was complicated by the fact that the vehicles license had expired, it would not start, and needed to be serviced before it could be driven back to Indiana. Carl immediately outlined a solution to get the car towed to the dealership, determined what was needed to obtain "temporary tags" and promised to call us the next day with details on the needed repairs and condition of the vehicle. As promised he called the next day and the repairs were completed as scheduled. Carl's sensitivity to the difficulty of this situation, as we live 5 hours away, his timely response and follow-up and the quality of work by the Technician was exceptional and an asset to this Dealership Thanks YOU More
