New SUV - Happy Couple Drove in the car lot to look at SUVs . Met Barry Robinson and started talking. After we told him our wants and needs he directed us toward the High Drove in the car lot to look at SUVs . Met Barry Robinson and started talking. After we told him our wants and needs he directed us toward the Highlander and we were able to find one we liked on the lot. After test drive and getting a price for the new car and trade-in we bought our new Highlander. Barry was a great help & we appreciated his knowledge regarding the Highlander options. We had a Rav 4 but wanted a larger vehicle. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and the service we received from all at Ron Hibbard. This is our third automobile from Ron Hibbard and would highly recommend them. More

Don't wast your time I bought a New 2018 Tacoma in early November and paid extra for Yakima roof basket and heated leather seats. Today is 01/09/19 and I have yet to get t I bought a New 2018 Tacoma in early November and paid extra for Yakima roof basket and heated leather seats. Today is 01/09/19 and I have yet to get the basket installed. I drove an hour one way to have it installed on the date they told me only to arrive and the attachment parts are not in (thanks for letting me know before I wasted my time driving to the dealership). I keep getting the run around form Randy Hibbard saying they ordered but have no idea when it will be in. I also paid to have heated leather seats installed - Bad Idea- the dealership out sourced this to Cole Brothers. During install my console & door was damaged with deep scratches and my seat belt was installed backwards. Also the heated seat buttons are uneven looks terrible. I called Randy Hibbard and was asked to send him an email with pictures. Now I'm having to deal with Cole Brothers and the dealership. Why should I deal with a company the dealer chose to use not me. Randy acted like it was no big deal- Hello I'm paying for a brand new truck that's already damaged by a company you chose to do the work. I think he should take more responsibility for what happened and find a solution to fix the issues. I'm not happy with the customer service side of this dealership. They will promise you the moon to get you to buy a new truck but don't deliver in the end. Don't wast your time buy somewhere else. I regret buying from this dealership. More

I came in to look at the 2018 Tacoma's left in stock but realized they did not suit my wants and other Tacoma's didn't fit I'm a bit of a value buyer. Since I am now retired and don't drive much, he made me feel comfortable enough to try a lease. Felt the deal was fair for both parties. More
