My experience with Toyota of Gallatin has been nothing but phenomenal. The customer service, communication between staff, and the knowledge within the company has been superb. I entered the front lobby like a bat out of xxxx, fueled with nothing but anger and fire, and was met by a smiling face. Barry never backed down nor showed any kind of agitation, regardless of what I threw his way. His professionalism, sense of compassion and willingness to assist me in my purchase, made the drive from Murfreesboro worthy. I appreciate the education I received from Barry during the whole process, and his ability to communicate with me about a vehicle I knew nothing about. A car sales rep wears many hats, and Barry did that with so much grace. I will continue to take pride in my vehicle from Toyota of Gallatin, as well as recommend as many people as possible, to the dealership. I appreciate the patience of everyone: Jake, Justin, Marty and of course, Barry! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me this week. You truly are a blessing! More
This used to be Ron Hibbard Toyota which I purchased two vehicles in the past with great interactions both times. Now it's become BIG BUSINESS TOYOTA and evidently customer loyalty has no meaning. It's amazing that my trade is only worth the exact payoff. But they obviously are not trying to make a deal. So if you find the same vehicle you're looking for elsewhere, don't waste the drive to Gallatin. More
We worked with Barry Robinson who was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions regarding the new Rav4. Went over all of the features of the new vehicle with us at the dealership and on the test d and able to answer our questions regarding the new Rav4. Went over all of the features of the new vehicle with us at the dealership and on the test drive. Felt the pricing for the trade-in and new vehicle was fair. Overall, very positive experience with this dealership and would definitely recommend it to others. More
Save your self some time and go to another dealer. The moment we walked in they sat down with the numbers. Instead of finding me one, the sales team was BS me with 'You are not always going to find a car you want, okay.' Avoid this dealer at all costs. Jake Thomson, Dubb Gibben's, Eric Carr have no knowledge of customer service. Very very very rude. More
The dealership use to be Rob Hibbard Toyota which I have bought a 2016 4 Runner and have my 2 other Toyota service there. I decided to trade with in my 2016 4 Runner and purchased a 2020 RAV4 hybrid limite bought a 2016 4 Runner and have my 2 other Toyota service there. I decided to trade with in my 2016 4 Runner and purchased a 2020 RAV4 hybrid limited ( not a cheap price car). On the day of my purchase we decided that the cart we drove another RAV4 which didn’t have the features/ color we wanted. They just got in this last limited RAV4 in which they pulled off the plastic as we did the paperwork. After paperwork was done we went to pick up the check for the payment of the car from the bank which was 30 miles away. We took the new RAV4 and were trying to make it back to the dealership before they closed. However, we got onto the parkway and at 50 mph we heard a whistle sound of air from the driver side window. We ended up not making it back to the dealership in time that day and returned the next morning. I advise the sales person about this whistle of air in type car and he told me that I would have to deal with the service department. I had already asked when I traded my 4 Runner in that I wanted the wheel locks on the car and the original bolts were in the glove compartment and was told that they couldn’t swap. The young lady in the service department went on her own and got my locks. I was told that the car air coming through the driver side window was normal for all RAV4. I left the dealership not happy after spending 40,000 on a car that should not have air coming through the window. I went home and ordered gasket to put around the doors and reduced some of the air noise but at highway speeds even went there is no wind. It sounds like it blistering winds. While I spent almost $100.00 for gaskets to place into every door jams , hood and any gaps on the car. I noticed that the car doesn’t have these ( I been told styrofoam incerts between fender and door jams. I had my other car with me when I brought this missing part that should have been there. So today I bring back the car today to show them. I was advise that they are in the fenders but are pushed back and they don’t know why but I can purchase new styrofoam for $130.00 dollars and to install they could try to hive an estimate. At this point, I’m done. A brand new car that whistles down the road which they agreed ( I also put on window visors but make no difference) it make a whistle air sound. Now told me that it’s going to cost me to install the styrofoam insert. I’m 62 years old and have purchased a car usually every 3 to 4 years have never had a dealership that blows you off once they make the car sale. In fact, never ever had an issue with a brand new car and this maybe the practice of dealerships. However, I would not recommend this dealership for the fact that they have made this issue my problem not theirs. Of course they have lost my service on my 3 Toyota’s. Their are other dealerships just as close to this one from my home. For the record, RAV4 have road noise and maybe extra soundproofing could be done but having a whistle of air in your ear as you drive is so aggravating! More

I have a list of promises not kept, brought back for service they promised me two days after purchase, license plate missing, all my belongings were taken out of the car and trashed, no option to replace and basically said it was my fault for leaving my belongings in the car More
