Superb! Lydia, our salesperson, met us at the door as she knew we were coming. We gave her a list of what we wanted in a new car, and she quickly proceeded to Lydia, our salesperson, met us at the door as she knew we were coming. We gave her a list of what we wanted in a new car, and she quickly proceeded to find what was available. We told her we were interested in the Rav4 and the Highlander. We wound up buying the Highlander. She showed us all the bells and whistles the car had and how to use each one. After the sale, she even came to our house to program the garage door opener, so we no longer have to clip an opener to our visor. Dave, the financial expert, walked us through all the paperwork quickly. He didn't pressure us to buy any extras, but he explained each one fully. This is our third car we have purchased from Hibbard. I don't know when we'll get the next one, but I'm sure we'll return to Hibbard. Everyone who works there takes apersonal interest in each customer. Thanks for a great experience. More
