I have been a Toyota Sienna owner for over 13 years and have driven it for over 260000 miles, so I figured it was time for a new vehicle. I did my homework online and looked all ratings, prices and dealers have driven it for over 260000 miles, so I figured it was time for a new vehicle. I have a buddy at a Honda dealership so I took a look at a Honda Odyssee first, I liked the features and the price my friend was going to give me, BUT I am a big guy with a bad back, I had a difficult time getting into the 2012 Odysee, they lowered the headroom. After being pre qualified for a certain price range and knowing exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle I went to my local Toyota dealership in Nashville, I was rushed by a swarm of salesmen which was bit intimidating. All I wanted to do was to sit in a Sienna to see if I would have the same problem as I did with the Honda. At that point the salesmen lost interest and they called the rookie sales guy to assist me. I actually liked the new Sienna, I fit in it quite nice and I found the model with all the features I wanted. I asked for a bottom line price on it, I was not interested in trading in my old Sienna, but they insisted that I get it appraised for trade in, if this was going to give me the numbers I wanted I agreed. Well it took them over an hour to get back to me with just the prices. I knew what I was pre-qual for and I have cash in pocket for down. But just because they did not want to listen to me and meet my needs, I walked away. I drive around the state of TN for my job, so the next day I found myself in Cookeville. I had been working all day, it was hot and muggy that day. I have long hair, over 6ft tall and heavyset, so my appearance may have been a bit frumpy. I walked onto the Cookeville lot and looked for a Sienna that met my criteria, I did not find one on the front lot, so I walked into the showroom. Here I had the opposite reaction than in Nashville, NOT A SINGLE PERSON got up to greet me, I walked across the showroom a few times, made eye contact with a few people but not even a hello.. Again, I walked away. The next day I was working in the Gallatin area, and I had some online specs on a Sienna at Ron Hibbard. I pulled in, parked and was looking at the Siennas parked out front, Salesperson John Zullo comes out and greets me with great big smile. I immedietly told him what I was looking for and he listened. I gave him the spec sheet and we went to that vehicle. I gave him some numbers I wanted to work with, we went inside crunched some numbers and I ended up with a better deal than I was expecting. The whole time John was pleasant, smiling, and just doing a great job. After all was said and done, I drove off with my new Toyota Sienna XLE with everything I wanted. Afer my first 5000 miles, I went back to get my oil changed, John was out on the lot and took a few moments from his current customer to come out and greet me. It was a pleasure to see him and his desire to take care of his customers. I know where to go for my next vehicle, even if its 13 years from now. Thanks John and thanks Ron Hibbard. More

I had little to no information on the 2011/2012 Corolla models, but was immediately assisted by a friendly salesman named John Zullo. John was very informative in terms of the different Corolla models as well as the current offers they had. Furthermore, John was willing to help me look at the purchase from every angle financially. He went to great lengths to ensure my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied my experience as well as with the car itself during our test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend, especially knowing that they would be in the helpful hands of such a knowledgeable and caring sales staff. I never once felt pressured or at a disadvantage due my lack of automobile knowledge. Thanks to the help of John and Ron Hobbard Toyota, I am now the owner of a Corolla LE that I love driving. (the 35 MPG isn't too bad either) More

He showed us the cars we were interested in and I went for a test drive. Once the decision was made, the paperwork was completed, the car was cleaned, and the bluetooth was set up, I was shown how to use the bluetooth, the navigation system and all the other APPS in my new car. I drove it home that same afternoon. It was a pleasure purchasing a car from John and I highly recommend him to friends and family. More

Lydia Atmore is a wonderful and trusted sales person. I bought a used truck from her this year and also in 2010 bought a new RAV4. Today I took my used truck in for an engine check and the service was speedy. Since the problem was minimal I received a price discount. Recently the service department checked on a problem I was having, and did not charge me for the service.
