He didn't try to sell us something else or change our minds, He showed us all the available prius models and distinguished the difference between the various engines. Once we decided on the one we wanted, he had us filing paperwork and out of there in time to go eat with friends. I was so excited that our purchase was so hassle free. More

Service Center not professional. They do not greet you and they do not get your car for you when service is finished. I was handed the keys to find my car in parkin not professional. My Avalon I love my car but I do think I allowed the contractual folks take advantage. I asked to see a quote from my bank and was assured that they would bea I love my car but I do think I allowed the contractual folks take advantage. I asked to see a quote from my bank and was assured that they would beat that interest rate. I got caught up in the moment and didn't realize I was not shown my bank's interest rate. I'm quite sure I would have been given a better rate through my bank. I am as frustrated with myself as with the financing department. More
