Toyota of Gallatin responded

I am sorry you felt you were misled. The night you came in we believe you left knowing that financing was not arranged and we would do all we could to get a loan for you. We did not deliver the vehicle to you that night like many other dealerships would have.... they hope you fall in love and show everyone your new vehicle and then ask for a much larger down payment or just embarrass you and have you bring the vehicle back. The finance manager worked on getting the loan with no avail so I personally called the finance company and did all I could do to arrange the loan but I could not get it taken care of either. We refunded your full down payment in a timely manner and apologized for not being able to secure a loan for you. This does happen in our business from time to time and it is not good for anyone involved. Again please accept our apology and know I personally did all I could do to get a loan for you. Ron Hibbard

Apologies acepted, I pd down payment and was told the only reason I couldn't take it home that night is because it had some issues to be fixed, cleaned ect, in hind sight I'm glad it did not work out found same truck with lower miles and the rims tires that I wanted at a better price aND the pament I wanted. These are hard to find as you know I appreciate you trying. I guess the biggest thing to me was I was promised that my credit was only ran once,I see know it was ran several times. Thanks for your time and have a great day.
