She listened to me and wanted to genuinely help me get my new car! She followed up with me multiple times before giving me to the best salesman John Paladino. John was amazing and treated me like family. He was honest and real, but he was caring. He stayed in contact with us weekly, so we knew what was occurring with the vehicle and when to expect it. John made the process fast and easy, so we wouldn't need to spend countless hours at the dealership. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Fox Lake. I got my awesome "mom car" AND with incredible service. Highly recommend. More

Went in after receiving internet price, price was quoted $200 under msrp. Asked them 1 Million times if there was going to be any additional fees or mandatory paint protection packages BEFORE WALKING IN THE $200 under msrp. Second I walk in the store, they start giving us the usual BS, how the internet price doesn't talk about the additional fees. End of the day, a complete BAIT AND SWITCH. Do not recommend going there unless you want to experience poor business practices. 1/5 stars. More

Went in wanting to buy a car no haggle. Knew what I wanted. I asked for my truck to be appraised and they asked me what I wanted for my truck. John directed me to his manager who’s tactic was to not even offer me a price. Saying how he didn’t want to be stuck with a 2020 F150 Lariat??? Completely confused that he was still not trying to counter offer my price. I was willing to drop 4k in my asking price but he refused to make a counter offer??? He was condescending and seemed like he was being picky on who he wanted to sell “his” car to? Hopefully it wasn’t because i was an Asian in Fox Lake Illinois. Walked out completely confused. Will never do business with that dealer. More
