Aside from pushing the protect pro which is very pricey and wasnt disclosed on the website pricing. The ceramic coating which was explained was not applied properly. Lots of solid white spots all over the car and it is very hard to get rid. Didnt notice when the deal was done due to darkness. Next day since I noticed, I've been trying to get in touch but no more after sales contact. They got our money already so they don't care anymore. One problem was the rear view mirror that was falling off. Luckily I was able to take care if the problem. If I only knew this was the case, I would have stayed away from Fox Lake Toyota. Very Disappointing! More

We especially appreciate the time that Kyle took to help set up the phones in our ne , Jeff G. & Evelyn G. were all very friendly and welcoming to us. We especially appreciate the time that Kyle took to help set up the phones in our new vehicle and for Jeff explaining everything during the sale closure and financing with TFS. Evelyn was also great to hold a specific trim and color of vehicle for us that our local dealer was not able to get allocated. Toyota of Fox Lake is about a 2 hour drive from where I live, but I will definitely look at them in the future when buying a new car. More

I loved walking in and talking with the gentleman who greeted us at the door and had a really nice conversation about cars, what you had in stock, like we were buddies talking about cars, not salesman to greeted us at the door and had a really nice conversation about cars, what you had in stock, like we were buddies talking about cars, not salesman to perspective buyer. If I was able to give this dealership a 0 star that would be generous. My husband and I were looking for a Prius and noticed they had two available on their website. We live over an hour away and called to ask if they still had the vehicle available and if we could make a deposit over the phone. The employee “Joan” told us the MSRP price. Since dealerships have been doing unnecessary mark ups we asked over the phone if they were also doing that so we could save ourselves over 2 hours of driving since we would not pay over MSRP. She said “unfortunately they do not tell us that information and you have to speak with the finance department”. We tried to speak with them over the phone so that we don’t waste our time but they could not help us. When we walked in the salesman again printed off the specs of the vehicle with MSRP pricing. We told them we were interested in purchasing the vehicle and he went to speak with the finance department only to come out with a sheet saying they were asking for $5k over MSRP. This was a complete waste of time. It would be appreciated if you are going to try to take advantage of people during these hard times you could at least be up front about it and not waste everyone’s time. Oh and when we tried to speak with a manager about these issues over the phone they continued to hang up on us. A complaint has been filed with Toyota corporate More
