I purchased my 2021 Toyota RAV4 last week. John Ippolito made it a stress free purchase and was very helpful. Amazing service is back! My car broke down. AAA towed it in without me because of COVID-19. After the parts came in they fixed it right away, gave it its upcoming oil service early, took payment over the ph in without me because of COVID-19. When I inspected the damage the mice had done, Marc had the tech, Joey, also maintain distance. (They took the time to have me see why the work needed to be done. )Joey showed me the problem areas and completely explained the concerns. Joey took the time to take pictures to show damaged areas that were not visible upon my initial viewing. Both Marc and Joey politely and respectfully made suggestions as to how to avoid the problem in the future. I will use Garber as my go-to for future service work. More

Even after they fix the NEW car that they damaged, it will never be the same again... 3 Failed repairs later it is still not fixed properly. Constantly having problem with the repairs, then being told the scratches are no big deal. Been in 3 loaners already. Have dash cam footage of misconduct and broken laws on part of the mechanics here. Not wearing seat belts while test driving my vehicle to hear the sound the engine makes, so it just beeps at him and he cannot even hear the noise. Swearing and acting inappropriate, not to mention they point out my dashcam and avoid it then disconnect my dashcam without my consent. Their management up till now has been unwilling to work much with me and do not take the situation seriously. Save yourself a headache and do not EVER use Garber Toyota or any of their dealerships in the future. More
