I had a 3pm appt to do an oil change. I got there at 2:53 pm and waited a little before some one came and told me some one will be with me in just a minute. Some one came and said they were going to do a qui pm and waited a little before some one came and told me some one will be with me in just a minute. Some one came and said they were going to do a quick inspection of my tires and another lady came and was taking my information. The first man started to try and sell me tires immediately and I said I’ll look at quotes and think about it but I’m not going to get that today just an oil change. I told the lady that I will be waiting in the lobby. An hour passed and they were not done. I waited almost another hour before I finally went into the service office to ask the status of my car. I didn’t see the advisor that attended me and no one will ask what can we help you with when you go in there so I asked a young lady could you help me. She said I can try while looking at her watch. I told her I don’t know if the advisor didn’t find me maybe to tell me my car was ready but I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for an oil change and haven’t heard anything about my car. Then my advisor told her I’m just printing up her stuff please go wash it and bring it. The young lady asked do you want it washed I said no I’m ready to go. About $76 later and 2 hour wait because I left at 5pm I will NEVER return there. While I was waiting the gentleman checking on the tires did discuss what a sale they had on some tires and people jump on it at that price blah blah blah... I did my research while waiting there and found them at discount tire new with warranty for cheaper! I have been going there since I got my 2016 Toyota 4 runner for all the preventive maintenance and had never had to wait two hours for an oil change. I don’t know if they were upset that I didn’t want to purchase the tires so they made me wait but I will NEVER go back. More
First maintenance on my new car, things went absolutely wonderful. I made the appointment, pulled the car in the bay, went to the waiting room and within an hour and a half everything was taken care of inc wonderful. Had an appointment to have my truck serviced at 10K mi. Took 1’40” to perform oil change, top off fluids and rotate tires. Unacceptable! I could understand if I didn’t have an appointment and had other customers in front of me, but isn’t that the whole purpose of setting up and appointment? More

My car hit a pot hole and damaged the front passenger bearing. The Toyota Fort Worth dealer couldn’t get the part in for a few days and put me in a comparable rental car for free since my car was not sa bearing. The Toyota Fort Worth dealer couldn’t get the part in for a few days and put me in a comparable rental car for free since my car was not safe to drive and they didn’t have the parts at the time. I was treated with respect and appreciated the convenience of a rental car. The service advisor Juan Gonzalez kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Of course the dealer fixing the car was a bit pricey but I want Toyota parts installed. More
