Normally I give these guys 5 stars but not this time. I had a 2:00 appointment for Toyota care regular maintenance & a state inspection. It took 2 hours & they didn't run it through the car wash or give me had a 2:00 appointment for Toyota care regular maintenance & a state inspection. It took 2 hours & they didn't run it through the car wash or give me the multi point inspection results so not even sure if that was done. They brought me a dirty car (always used to wash it before bringing out). My advisor told me nothing but the price, wasn't friendly, rushed me in to wait for hours, then rushed me out when I was trying to ask questions about the work done. Very disappointing, I've been going here since the 1980s & never had such bad customer service...I miss Charlie!!!!! More
