While my interaction with Austin was nothing but pleasant and professional (and has always been) I encountered two more reasons I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. In my initial order of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro there were multiple items wrong on the order that I waited 6 months to receive. Well outside the window promised. After acquiring a $47,000 vehicle I had my driver side turn indicator (blinker) go out/work intermittently within 90 days it took me three visits to the dealership to get someone to properly diagnose the problem and not falsely blame it on truck modifications. On the day I took it in for servicing I was assisted in a timely manner. We discussed pricing for a rim/tire upgrade that was proposed to me by a tire specialist less than 60 days prior. I was informed they would look into the ability to conduct the deal as that employee had been promoted out of the dealership. This dealership is well aware of my truck being fitted with an interlock system (intoxilator). I made it clear to all personnel handling my truck of the systems requirements and made myself readily available to conduct a system test or start up if needed. Just before receiving my truck Iwas informed that the original pricing agreement was not doable and informed my truck was ready. Upon receiving my truck back I discovered that my truck was in service lockout. This stems from missed tests/neglect of the interlock system. I immediately departed for a SmartStart service center to have a calibration done. Once I added an unnecessary 45 minute trip to my day (and wife missing work) I contacted multiple departments to start justifying the cause as this is a direct violation of my probation. All of this is due to the complacency by neglectful/lazy personnel. THIS DEALERSHIP DEALS IN MISINFORMATION AND PERSONNEL FAILURES. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MY DREAM TRUCK FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS THEY HAVE RUINED THE PROCESS EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I TELL ALL WHO ASK, INQUIRE OR WILL FLAT OUT LISTEN DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA OF FORT WORTH. Should have paid $500 more for the deposit at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford and gave them my business because rest assured I will NEVER give them another dime or recommendation. More
I got a marketing Flyer from them with a special trade in offer. however I did have to do some haggling to get a price close to the flyer offer. I guess this is what buying a new car is all about. They did not seem super customer service oriented, if I compare them to my experience at other Toyota dealers. However their overall service was very satisfactory. My advise if you go to them do your homework first, and have a price in mind that you want for your trade and you want to pay for the car. Everyone wore a mask however, I kept exiting the building when they asked me to wait at bargaining table, just to be safer outside. More

The friendliness of all of the service department staff is a great change of pace from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. When we left Phoenix to move to the DFW, we thought we’d never find a dealership as great as Auto Nation Toyota in Chandler. We have found one equally as great - Toyota of Fort Worth. More

Rico is the reason I keep coming back to the dealership to continue doing my services in all my Toyota vehicles I have purchase, it is very convenient having the dealership two blocks from my house and I f to continue doing my services in all my Toyota vehicles I have purchase, it is very convenient having the dealership two blocks from my house and I feel a sense of rolling out the red carpet when I can count not only on excellent advice from Rico as the service advisor. I have recommended others to experience the exceptional excellence of his work ethic and his way of going above & beyond to make sure you not only bought a car but a loyalty to his customer service. I have seen a lot of turnover in the dealership but maintaining the consistency of a customer a part of the Toyota family. More
