If I could give this Toyota location 0 stars I would. After I got an oil change today, I realized that they stole 2 gift cards out of my car. I spoke to the service director (Jeff) who said he would have the manger run the video tapes and follow my car. I’m disappointed in this location and it’s employees. It is strictly principle for me! The fact that someone with sticky fingers would take what’s mine, they had no reason to go through my items in my car. They only wash the outside not vacuum or clean the inside. I will never come back to this location. I will stick with the Burleson location! More
