Tired of being ignored when arriving for service at this dealership. If there was another relatively close choice besides Shottenkirk, I wouldn’t bring my car here for service. There were no other cars waiting to be addressed when I arrived, and lots of people in Toyota shirts were wandering, around but I must have been invisible in my bright red vehicle. Stone, the Service writer that helped me was great. He came from a different place in the shop, guessing he was helping someone else. Unlike the 8-10 service writers that were sitting at their desks busily addressing computers in the big glass room. More
