Greg was awesome. Clear communication throughout the process. Only issue is the ticket instructed the mechanic to top off fluids. The power steering fluid and the windshield wiper fluid was missed. Deceptive sales techniques. Typical bait and switch. Went to look at used vehicle advertised online. Test drove said vehicle. The vehicle was extremely dirty and had minor damage. Looked past all of that because the listed price was a "great deal" when it came time to sit down and go over the numbers, the vehicle's price jumped over 2000 dollars. Even after I showed them the ad online, it "was a typo". They refused to honor the listed price online. I called the manager after leaving. Vance was less than helpful.
