This dealership just can’t get it rite.. first visit my keys was lost then this week I took it for a recall an my battery was drained an they brought it to me telling me they had to jump start my 2019.. th keys was lost then this week I took it for a recall an my battery was drained an they brought it to me telling me they had to jump start my 2019.. they washed my car an brought it with bird droppings all on it along with hand prints.. this is frustrating More
Had an appointment to have repairs made under a recall. Appointment was for 8:30. I arrived at 8:00 and had to wait behind a line of cars for almost 30 minutes. I went to sign up for the shuttle and was to Appointment was for 8:30. I arrived at 8:00 and had to wait behind a line of cars for almost 30 minutes. I went to sign up for the shuttle and was told it was gone and they didn’t know when it would return. Waited another 20 minutes and checked again. I was told they had no way of knowing when it would return or how many people were on it. One girl said I should have gotten there at 7:30 if I wanted to catch the shuttle without waiting. I had a deadline at work and had to have them pull my car (which was still sitting in a line) so that I could take it and leave. With all the recalls, I am surprised this dealership has only one shuttle and, apparently, no cell phones to contact the driver to see when the shuttle would return. Very poor customer service, compounded by the fact that nobody cared. The girls seemed annoyed that I would bother them with my questions. More
Not happy with my visit to buy a tire today. I've always trusted them to be the professional & they let me down. They misplaced my key & after all the confusion & delay with that my new tire was missing a c trusted them to be the professional & they let me down. They misplaced my key & after all the confusion & delay with that my new tire was missing a cap they couldn't find & overinflated my tire to 50 psi!! Was there at 12:15 pm & left 3 hours later for one tire & that was with an appt. More
