Had an appointment to have repairs made under a recall. Appointment was for 8:30. I arrived at 8:00 and had to wait behind a line of cars for almost 30 minutes. I went to sign up for the shuttle and was told it was gone and they didn’t know when it would return. Waited another 20 minutes and checked again. I was told they had no way of knowing when it would return or how many people were on it. One girl said I should have gotten there at 7:30 if I wanted to catch the shuttle without waiting. I had a deadline at work and had to have them pull my car (which was still sitting in a line) so that I could take it and leave. With all the recalls, I am surprised this dealership has only one shuttle and, apparently, no cell phones to contact the driver to see when the shuttle would return. Very poor customer service, compounded by the fact that nobody cared. The girls seemed annoyed that I would bother them with my questions. More

Not happy with my visit to buy a tire today. I've always trusted them to be the professional & they let me down.
