The dealership ship wouldn’t fix my alignment on my brand new 2021 tundra since i didn’t get it from them told me I have to go back to the dealership I got it from or I would be charged for it even though I new 2021 tundra since i didn’t get it from them told me I have to go back to the dealership I got it from or I would be charged for it even though I have a bumper to bumper warranty. I originally tried to get my truck from this dealership but was told that I would have to call my self every day to check the trucks that are coming in. The same day I drove to shottenkirk Toyota in weatherford and they found the truck I wanted the tss 4x4 with leather seats and console safe witch I paid off in cash no payments. Over all the sales and service are not great at this dealership. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I came in for my 5k maintenance check and at least got my tire rotation completed witch was still a waste of my day since I still have to go in for warranty follow up on the alignment from when my front driver side axle was replaced. More
There is no point in scheduling appointments for service, the appointments take just as long as walk ins. Both times I’ve gotten my car serviced I made an appointment and it still took over 2 hours for my ca the appointments take just as long as walk ins. I needed my oil changed, tires rotated, new wiper blades, and a state inspection. I made my appointment for 1:15. I don’t know if the advisors have too many customers to take care of but I didn’t get out til and a state inspection. I made my appointment for 1:15. Service like this does not endear me to this service department even though I’ve been using this dealership since 2000. I want to be happy with my service. More
Dealt with different Toyota dealerships before and have not been pleased. This was a different experience though and Daniel Blanco was excellent to deal with!!
