Poor customer service. They said they already fix one of the issue in my car but never really did, car is still the same. They had me scheduled for the earliest appointment so I can get my car the same day but it was already 7pm and no one was still calling or texting me, I ended up getting my car the next day and the best part is “no work was done to my car!” They said they cannot fix it because it’s not a factory defect which I really doubt! I’ll definitely not gonna buy another Toyota car! So disappointing! More
I don’t like the customer service of the service department. They are always so rude, they don’t listen they don’t do what I ask they don’t care or even try to act like they care. If you don’t like your job and are walking around misrepresenting TOYOTA! Then don’t go. I went to get my tire replaced. ( I was at my nephews birthday party and it popped on its own in the parking lot) I bought a tire near by and drove shortly after to the Toyota of Fort Worth THEY STOLE MY PERFECTLY GOOD USED TIRE AND GAVE ME THE xxxxTIEST TIRE THEY STOLE MY TIRE AND GAVE ME A BUSTED UP ONE!) how ghetto! On another occasion, I went to go get an oil change tire rotation and alignment ( it was that time) They claimed it would be a 4 hour wait and treated me like I was a waste of time and lied to my face ! An hour later they came to get me in the waiting room and asked me to sign a document stating they had done the rotation alignment and oil change.. as I drove off the lot my oil change “light” came back on !!! - on that note isn’t there someone that can enforce just doing your job correctly?? I went today to get an oil change ( of course after some time ) He walks up to me and says “How can I help you” (pretty standard ) I told him that I wanted to get my oil change and other standard maintenance.. he looked at me like I couldn’t afford it and like I was lying to him. I told him “go check for yourself” After getting confirmation that I could!!! He asked me to wait inside! Whole time his body language was off his tone of voice rude and! On top of it all!!! He didn’t even help me to the end. I’m not like other people that will pop off on you in person I’ll be courteous or cool whatever but xxxx! What the xxxx is all you people(s) problem ?? Doesn’t TOYOTA give you basic service training? All of you are rude as xxxx and liars I xxxxing hate this place and! If I hadn’t bought my car here I wouldn’t be putting up with you all xxxx fr. -rant over More
